I love key lime pie but hate the silken tofu versions out there. This sounds great with a thick cookie crust.

Key Lime Pie is my HH’s absolute, all-time favorite dessert–I MUST try this out! (PS I keep forgetting to ask: when I click onto your individual posts, I don’t see anywhere to leave a comment. When I go back to the home page, the comments show up. Is this the way it’s supposed to work?)
